DA-PCC commenced its 3rd batch of New Employee Orientation (NEO) program
The DA-PCC commenced its 3rd batch of New Employee Orientation (NEO) program with 33 participants, today, April 30. The activity, themed “What makes PCC, the PCC,” aimed to guide new employees by equipping them with essential knowledge, skills, attitude, and connections crucial for their professional growth within and outside the DA-PCC.
This initiative was also designed to introduce participants to the agency’s services, programs, and mandate while preparing them to make meaningful contributions to the DA-PCC’s mission.
Dr. Liza Battad, DA-PCC Executive Director, set the tone for the program by discussing the rationale behind NEO. She underscored the significance of self-concept and perception and emphasized the connection between personal perspectives and professional achievements.
Throughout the program, various speakers from different divisions within the agency shared valuable insights and information, offering a comprehensive understanding of DA-PCC’s mission, vision, and goals.
