GAD Goal #1
Improved Institutional capacity to enhance & sustain gender mainstreaming in the agency
1. Improve awareness of PCC employees both men and women on features of Expanded Maternity Leave Act and Safe Spaces Act.
2. Improve gender mainstreaming initiative of PCC
GAD Goal #2
Increased women's access to technologies and services in the production, processing, and marketing of carabao and carabao-based products.
1. Increased number of women clients provided with market development services
2. Increased number of women clients who have access to technologies and services on the production support services
3. Increased number of women clients who have access to extension support, education and training services (ESETS)
4. Increase productivity of carabao farmers particularly women.
GAD Goal #3
Increased participation of women in the planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of DA-PCC Programs
1. Increased documentation and recognition of the contribution of women and youth clients in the implementation of DA-PCC programs
2. Recognize women as farmers and fisherfolks and give them equal opportunities to participate in PCC Programs Activities and Projects.
