The DA-PCC recently held a “BizTalk and DaiREWARD Year-end Evaluation and Planning Workshop” which aimed to boost the business confidence of Dairy Box operators.
Said workshop, which was held in Cebu City last December 12-14, aimed to help improve the operators’ business strategies to double their sales.
Topics that were discussed included customer retention and customer service strategy, initial introduction of the “Dairycademy” which will be the online website for Dairy Box, and provision of a 24 point of sales (POS) where each operator was provided with a tablet and printer.
Another session on “Planning and Evaluation: Get Set, Goal!” highlighted lessons on objective key results (OKR), profiling, and investment calculator.
The year-end evaluation also aims to sustain the operators’ commitment to the initiatives on Dairy Box standardization.
An awarding ceremony was also held to give recognition to the hardworking Dairy Box partners. Dairy Box-Muñoz and Dairy Box-Ubay were cited “Best Performing Dairy Box” and Diane Lou Gregorio of DA-PCC at Ubay Stock Farm was named “Best Dairy Box Focal”.
A Christmas celebration also highlighted the yearender showcasing the creativity of the Dairy Box stores on Christmas parol and tree making, Christmas store design, and Christmas presentation. Dairy Box-Pangasinan was the overall champion and bagged the “Dairy Merry co-LOVE” award.
Said BizTalk and DaiREWARD, led by the Planning and Information Management Division (PIMD), was inspired by the theme of the recent National Carabao Conference: “Mga Kwentong Tibay, Pagbangon, at Pasasalamat.”
