The DA-PCC continues its advocacy in alleviating malnutrition as it conducted a Community Milk Feeding Program in Barangay Concepcion, Sto. Domingo, Nueva Ecija today.
About 300 children received 200ml sachet of toned carabao’s milk and milky bun.
The activity was also meant to reciprocate the generosity of corn farmers in Barangay Concepcion who have been willingly offering corn stover, a by-product of their harvest, to DA-PCC as a feedstuff for buffaloes.
Present during the event were DA-PCC Deputy Executive Director Dr. Caro Salces, Brgy. Captain Feliciano Garcia, and other PCC employees and barangay officials.
